Since the foundation of our company, we have passed the ISO9001:2000，ISO9001:2004 and ISO9001:2008 certifications. We also incorporated TS 16949 management system since August 04, 2009. We have first-class CAD / CAM / CAE system, and use the high-tech software to analyze mold structure and three-dimensional mold flow simulation. As for the data, we have established interconnected networks to share information. Besides, our company keeps introducing the up-to-date technology and equipments.

Our main products are moulds for auto inner trim and outer trim components, including moulds for bumpers, lamps, fenders, dash boards and door panels. Over the past 20 years, we have met the requirements of a lot of automotive industry customers and established good cooperation with many famous automotive enterprises. Now we have long term partners such as Nissan, Ford, Volvo, Toyota, Jaguar, Skoda and TRW etc.

Equipments

BSM owns high precision machining equipment, such as MIKRON high speed machines, CHARMILES wire cut machine and mirrow EDM machines. We also possess heavy equipment, like SANCO 3.2m*2.0m CNC machine, two heads TOPEDM machine, SHIYI 200T Fit machine.Advanced equipment, sophisticated technology is a prerequisite for our success，Since its inception,Our equipments have to keep pace with the development of advanced to secure in the industry-leading,For future product innovation and quality hardware protection.

We have a professional design team,Leading UG, PRO-E, CIMATRON, AUTOCAD and other CAD / CAM / CAE Software.Acceptable Pro / engineer, UG, Cimatron, and AutoCAD and other documents.We have the product concept design, structural design, rapid prototyping, testing and verification techniques.We can provide customers with new product development to mold a complete solution.
