Big and Medium Mold Making

The Big and Medium Mold workshop focuses on designing, manufacturing molds for home appliance, automotive parts, industrial products and healthcare equipments. We possess of equipment imported from Japan, Europe and America, such as CNC (horizontal), two heads EDM, big die spotting machine, deep hole drilling center and large size CMM measuring equipments. And with our machines we can manufacture molds up to maximum weight 25T.

Along with the secondary development for software application, we have also invested in 3R System, ERP System, Moldflow, mold standardization and quality control system. We has succeeded in developing both big/medium moulds (up to maximum weight of 25T) and high precision moulds. With the application of advanced software and hardware, BSM now has the capability to compete with other world class international manufacturers.
